1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
2. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
3. Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately with a photo of the package. We will resolve the issue as a priority.
1-Year Warranty
At SaKa Watches, every timepiece undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure superior craftsmanship and performance. We stand behind our products with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
What is Covered?
- The Movement: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Battery: We offer a 1 Year battery warranty from the date of purchase. If your battery fails within the first 12 months, we will replace it.
What is NOT Covered?
To maintain the integrity of our brand, please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches to the glass (crystal), case, strap, or bracelet.
- Accidental Damage: Broken glass, pulled-out crowns, or damage caused by dropping the watch.
- Water Damage: Any moisture damage if the watch was used outside of its specific water-resistance guidelines.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by service or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized Wrist technician.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If your watch requires service, please Contact Us with your Proof of Purchase (Order Number or Receipt).
At SaKa Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. The 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the exact condition in which you received it. This means:
- Unworn & Unaltered: The watch must be unworn, with no scratches, scuffs, or signs of use. If the watch has been resized or links have been removed, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags, protective plastic films, and manuals must be attached and included.
- Undamaged Box: The original branded watch box must be returned in undamaged condition. We recommend shipping the watch box inside a secondary protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives safely.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that watches that show any sign of wear or damage to the packaging will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 3 – 5 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
