1-Year Limited Warranty
At SaKa Watches, every timepiece undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure superior craftsmanship and performance. We stand behind our products with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

What is Covered?

1. The Movement: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. Battery: We offer a 6-month machine/battery warranty from the date of purchase. If your machine/battery fails within the first 6 months, we will replace it.

What is NOT Covered?
To maintain the integrity of our brand, please note that this warranty does not cover:

1. Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches to the glass (crystal), case, strap, or bracelet.
2. Accidental Damage: Broken glass, pulled-out crowns, or damage caused by dropping the watch.
3. Water Damage: Any moisture damage if the watch was used outside of its specific water-resistance guidelines.
4. Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by service or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized Wrist technician.
